We also maintain records of the loads we offer and the messages we send and receive in the course of coordinating freight. We collect this information directly from carriers during carrier onboarding and through our ongoing business relationship.

We use this information to notify carriers about available freight loads that match their equipment and lanes, to coordinate pickups and deliveries, to respond to inquiries, and to maintain records required to operate our business. We use mobile phone numbers solely to send load-related text messages that carriers have agreed to receive, and to communicate about those loads.

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) & MOBILE INFORMATION

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery providers, is permitted only to carry out the services described here. All other categories exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging delivery provider), and as required by law.
