ingBuddy LLC — Program: ingBuddy Load Notifications — Effective date: September 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the ingBuddy Load Notifications text-messaging program operated by ingBuddy LLC ("ingBuddy," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages during carrier onboarding, you consent to these terms.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

ingBuddy sends text messages to motor carriers and their dispatchers about available freight loads that match their equipment and lanes. Messages may include origin, destination, equipment type, pickup date and time, and pay, so you can decide whether to accept, reply, or call.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on load availability and your lanes.

COST

Message and data rates may apply. ingBuddy does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

HOW TO GET HELP

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at twakley@ingbuddy.com or 317-373-7811.

HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt back in.

CARRIERS & CONSENT

Only carriers and dispatchers with an existing business relationship who provided their mobile number and agreed to receive load notifications during onboarding will receive messages. We do not purchase or share phone lists.

PRIVACY

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy at ingbuddy.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
